Billing
Invoices are sent after each session. Payment may be made by any major credit or debit card.
Insurance
As a biblical counselor, Christa is unable to accept insurance directly. Some clients have been able to use health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) funds — check with your provider to see if this applies to you.
Church subsidy
Some churches are willing to subsidize biblical counseling for members in their care. Christa can direct bill to your church when this is available — ask your pastoral staff, or reach out with questions.
Financial hardship
In situations of genuine financial hardship, discounted sessions may be available. If cost is the only barrier keeping you from reaching out, please ask.
Cancellation policy
Life happens, and Christa understands that schedules sometimes need to shift. To respect both your time and hers:
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice incur no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed sessions, will be billed at the full session rate.
- If you need to cancel, please reach out as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
